Job Description

The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Corporate Finance team in Perth. This is a senior technical and client-facing role, suited to someone who enjoys complex valuation work, capital markets exposure and leading teams across a diverse client base. You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality corporate finance outcomes while mentoring staff and contributing to the growth and capability of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Option and derivative valuations, and complex equity valuations.
  • Financial modelling and valuation analysis, including discount rate assessment.
  • Preparation of valuation reports, market and transaction comparables.
  • Preparation of pitch decks and client-facing materials.
  • Monitoring capital markets and assisting with investor and bidder engagement.
  • Managing workflows, deadlines and review processes.
  • Preparing and maintaining high‑quality working papers and client correspondence.
  • Allocating work to team members and reviewing work prepared by junior team members.
  • Using Capital IQ, CaseWare, Excel (advanced), and other relevant client systems.
  • Supporting a broad range of corporate finance and advisory engagements.

About You

  • Strong experience in corporate finance, valuations or transaction advisory, ideally within a professional services or investment environment.
  • Sound technical capability across valuation methodologies, financial modelling and capital markets.
  • Comfortable reviewing complex work, exercising judgement and ensuring high quality outputs.
  • Well organised and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Confident communicator with experience working closely with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to allocate work, review outputs and develop junior team members.
  • Commercially minded, proactive and collaborative, with an interest in broadening exposure across corporate finance and advisory services.
